Surrounded by fields and hedgerows, with a woodland area and a pond. The site is well connected by a network of tarmac and grass paths. There is also a classroom and common room. Plenty of space whether you are looking for an indoor or outdoor classroom! It is home to a variety of birds and animals. The domestic residents include  chickens,  goats, alpacas, horses and donkeys. There are also a pair of visiting peacocks who like to be noticed! Educational opportunities can be bespoke and are available for children and young people from age 10 upwards.
